Die WOCA Holzlauge weiß sorgt für eine dauerhaft helle Oberfläche. Die Lauge kann im gesamten Innenbereich verwendet werden - ob auf Holzfußböden, Treppen, Möbeln und Paneelen. Behandelt werden können alle abgeschliffenen oder abgehobelten Weich- und Hartholzoberflächen.

Die Laugenbehandlung hellt die Holzoberfläche deutlich auf und verhindert zudem, dass das Holz vergilbt. Für das Anlegen einer Probefläche bieten wir die Holzlauge weiß auch in der praktischen Probegröße (100 ml) an.

Was mit der Grundbehandlung von Holz gemeint ist, ist rasch erklärt: Unbehandeltes oder frisch abgeschliffenes Holz wird mit einem dieser Produkte neu eingepflegt. Die Grundbehandlung von Holzoberflächen unterscheidet sich von Pflege- oder Renovierungsarbeiten deutlich. Bei solchen Arbeiten wird nämlich die schon vorhandene Pflegeschicht nicht oder nur unvollständig durch einen Schliff entfernt.

Vielfältige Möglichkeiten für ein individuelles Ergebnis

Ob Seife oder Öl, Lack oder Bodenfarbe – Holzoberflächen lassen sich auf unterschiedliche Weise grundbehandeln. Die Behandlung mit einer Holzbodenseife ist in Skandinavien weit verbreitet und eignet sich hervorragend für stark beanspruchte Böden. Die rückfettende Seife bildet auf der Holzoberfläche einen schützenden Film und verleiht dem Holz hervorragende wohnbiologische Qualitäten. Eine regulierende Wirkung auf das Raumklima erzielen Sie auch durch eine Grundbehandlung mit Öl. Holzöle machen die Oberfläche nämlich robust und abweisend gegenüber Schmutz und Wasser. Selbstverständlich können Sie auch einen Lack oder eine Farbe für die Grundbehandlung verwenden. Hierdurch erhält der Boden Schutz und eine verschleißfeste Oberfläche.

Mit den UV-Strahlen der Sonne haben insbesondere helle Holzarten ihre Probleme. Die Sonneneinstrahlung wirkt sich nämlich negativ auf die Optik des Holzes aus – die Oberfläche vergilbt. Der Vergilbungsprozess lässt sich allerdings verhindern – mit einer Lauge, die dafür sorgt, dass das Holz seine natürlich helle Oberfläche behält. Holzlaugen haben aber noch mehr zu bieten, denn mit den vielseitig einsetzbaren Produkten lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Farbeffekte erzielen.

Vergilbungsschutz und Farbe für alle Holzarten

Wer Holzoberflächen schon vor der Schutzbehandlung mit einem Öl, einem Lack oder einer Seife einfärben will, kann sich auch für eine Beize entscheiden. Beizen sind für die dekorative, aber natürlich wirkende Bearbeitung unbehandelter Holzoberflächen gedacht. Eine Beize gibt dem Holz eine intensive Färbung, sorgt aber gleichzeitig dafür, dass die Holzmaserung erhalten bleibt. Nach der Vorbehandlung wird das Holz – je nach persönlicher Vorliebe – mit einem Öl, einem Lack oder einer Seife weiterbehandelt

Mit der Aktiven Beize von WOCA lässt sich unbehandeltes oder frisch geschliffenes Eichenholz gräulich einfärben. Weitere Farbtöne lassen sich mit der Pre-Colour Beize realisieren. Auch die Laugen von WOCA sorgen für außergewöhnliche Effekte. Die Weichholzlauge ist mit weißen Pigmenten angereichert und gibt Nadelhölzern wie Fichte oder Kiefer einen hellen, edel wirkenden Farbton. Eine leichte Aufhellung erhält Hart- und Weichholz durch die WOCA Holzlauge. Laugen sind ein traditionelles Mittel zur Vorbehandlung von Holzoberflächen. Hölzer haben nämlich die Eigenschaft, im natürlichen Sonnenlicht zu vergilben. Der Prozess der Vergilbung lässt sich allerdings dauerhaft vermindern - durch eine Laugenbehandlung, die dafür sorgt, dass das Holz seine ursprüngliche Farbe dauerhaft behält. Erfolgt anschließend eine Seifen- oder Ölbehandlung, erhält das Holz eine robuste, pflegeleichte und optisch ansprechende Optik.

Die Laugenbehandlung - Eine traditionelle Methode aus Skandinavien

Wer schon einmal das Glück hatte, die skandinavische Wohn- und Einrichtungskultur kennenzulernen, kennt vermutlich auch die freundliche, helle Optik der dortigen Holzböden. Die Laugenbehandlung mit anschließender Verseifung wird in Skandinavien nämlich traditionell als Schutzbehandlung für Holzböden eingesetzt.

Für alle Holzarten eignet sich die WOCA Holzlauge, welche ebenfalls aufhellend wirkt und in den Farbtönen Grau und Weiß erhältlich ist. Einen besonderen Effekt erzielen Sie mit der Antiklauge. Diese verleiht Eichenholz nämlich eine mehrschichtige, "geräuchert" wirkende Optik im Vintage-Stil. Vor der großflächigen Behandlung empfehlen wir, die Lauge zunächst auf einer kleinen Testfläche anzuwenden.

Falls das Holz noch unbehandelt ist, sollte dieses zunächst fein geschliffen werden.
Die Oberfläche muss sauber, fettfrei und völlig trocken sein.
Den Kanister gründlich schütteln und den gesamten Inhalt anschließend in einen Kunststoffeimer umgießen.
Die Lauge während der Arbeit regelmäßig umrühren.
Die Lauge gleichmäßig in Richtung der Holzmaserung unverdünnt auftragen - am Besten mit einem laugenbeständigen Pinsel oder einem Laugenroller. Senkrechte Flächen von oben nach unten behandeln.
Anschließend das Holz mit dem WOCA Intensivreiniger reinigen oder mit einem grünen Polierpad leicht abschleifen. Dies ist nach etwa einer Stunde Trocknungszeit möglich.
Das Holz mindestens 8 Stunden bei ca. 20°C trocknen lassen.

Vor der Weiterbehandlung muss das Holz vollständig trocken sein.

Für einen Schutz vor Verschmutzung muss die Oberfläche nachbehandelt werden. Dafür empfehlen wir unser WOCA Meister Bodenöl bzw. die WOCA Colouröle. Alternativ können Sie für die Nachbehandlung auch die WOCA Holzbodenseife verwenden.

Die Holzlauge weiß verleiht dem Holz einen hellen Farbton. Sie erzielen einen gräulichen Farbton, wenn Sie die Holzlauge grau verwenden.

Tragen Sie während der Anwendung säurebeständige Kleidung sowie Handschuhe und einen Augenschutz. Das Holz muss unbehandelt, fettfrei, sauber und trocken sein. Schleifen Sie das Holz mit Schleifpapier der Körnung 100 - 120 leicht an.

1. Schütteln Sie den Kanister gründlich. Gießen Sie die Lauge in einen Plastikeiemr und rühren Sie sie regelmäßig um, so dass ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis erreicht wird.

2. Tragen Sie die Lauge mit einem Roller oder einer Nylonbürste gleichmäßig längs der Holzmaserung auf. Verwenden Sie je 10 m2 Holzoberfläche mindestens 1 Liter Lauge. Bearbeiten Sie senkrechte Flächen stets von oben nach unten. Nach der Laugenbehandlung alle verwendeten Werkzeuge mit viel Wasser gründlich ausspülen.

3. Lassen Sie das behandelte Holz bei 20°C etwa 2-4 Stunden trocknen. Das Holz muss vollständig durchtrocknen.

4. Reinigen Sie das Holz mit einer Reinigungslösung aus 125 ml WOCA Intensivreiniger und 5 Liter Wasser. Lassen Sie den Boden bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 20°C etwa 24 Stunden lang trocknen.

5. Abstehende Holzfasern vor der Grundbehandlung mit einem feinen Schleifpad entfernen. Den Staub annschließend gründlich absaugen.

6. Jetzt können Sie die gelaugte Holzoberfläche mit einem WOCA Grundöl endbehandeln.

Allgemeine Anleitung zum Laugen:

Lauge im Gebinde gut aufrühren und aufschütteln, rückstandsfrei in einen Kunststoffeimer gießen. Während der Verarbeitung ständig umrühren, um evtl. vorhandene Pigmente in Schwebe zu halten. Mit dem Laugenroller die Fläche nach und nach solange nass in nass einrollen, bis die Lauge satt stehen bleibt und ein weißlicher Boden ohne Schattierung entstanden ist. Satt arbeiten, nicht sparen! Nach kurzer Trockenzeit bildet sich eine gleichmäßig mehlig staubige Schicht auf dem Boden.

Nach gut 12 Stunden Trockenzeit den getrockneten Kalkstaub auf der Fläche mit einem Pad abputzen, sofort danach absaugen. Alternativ ist eine Nassreinigung mit Intensivreiniger möglich. Die ganze Fläche muß danach hell weißlich ohne Pigmentüberschüsse erscheinen.

Wichtig: Zu schwach gelaugte Stellen erzeugen ungleichmäßige scheckige Flecken. Nachlaugen hilft hier! Beachten Sie bitte immer die verbindlichen Anweisungen des jeweiligen Produktherstellers!

Dieser Roller eignet sich hervorragend zum Auftragen von Öl oder Lauge auf kleineren Flächen. Durch sein handliches Format lassen sich auch Ränder und Ecken problemlos behandeln. Die Walze ist selbstverständlich öl- und laugenbeständig und fusselt nicht.

Die Saugfähigkeit des Rollers ist auf eine Ölbehandlung ausgelegt. Die Walze sollte nicht zur Verarbeitung von Lack verwendet werden.

Verarbeitung / Auftrag
